Meant to work alongside Sage Intacct Construction, a best-in-class native cloud financial management system purpose-built for construction, the new solution makes a point to automate all the relevant processes from project start to finish, and therefore, reduce paper-heavy and manual tasks that drain time and budget. Furthermore, it goes a long distance to help you centralize vital business content in one secure location and establish complete control over the resulting electronic material. Hence, users can maintain revision history and audit logs, while simultaneously automating archival and end-of-life purging functions. Rounding up highlights would be the product’s take on AP entry and routing, a take which involves Sage’s APFlow™ module to simplify the entire accounts payable process with features, such as one step data entry and automatic three-way document matching. In case that wasn’t enough, users can also choose to manually route invoices or build automatic, multi-level routing rules based on GL account, vendor, job, or any other data on the invoice. More on the invoices would reveal how they can be approved in the office or in the field, as well as, they can also be automatically posted to the Sage Intacct system.
